As the first business roadshow of 2023 and the inaugural event of the year for the Xinflix Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce, this session featured heavyweight business projects and keynote speakers from the supply chain, education, and entertainment industries. The roadshow provided a comprehensive, multi-industry perspective, offering in-depth analyses of future trends to help presenters and attendees alike gain a clearer understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape and seize new opportunities in 2023.

The first presentation was by Han Di, showcasing the STEER Business project. As an advanced supply chain platform, STEER Business serves small and medium-sized restaurants by providing cost-effective wholesale options for restaurant supplies and fresh food, along with next-day delivery services.

Since its launch in Ontario in 2021, STEER Business has amassed over 6,000 customers, with more than 2,500 recurring clients. Its extensive reach is evident, as on average, one in every eight restaurants in many regions utilizes STEER’s services.

Presenter Han Di outlined a strategic vision for STEER Business over the next two years, building on its current growth. He emphasized the vast potential of the supply chain industry within Canada and international markets, particularly in the fragmented restaurant sector.

With restaurants dispersed across various locations, the demand for supply chain services is equally fragmented. In this context, STEER Business aims to consolidate and replace vertical suppliers, leveraging its capability to streamline operations. The ultimate goal is to create a shorter, more efficient supply chain that meets the evolving needs of the restaurant industry.

During his presentation, Han Di used a common restaurant essential—takeout boxes—as an example to illustrate how STEER Business simplifies the traditional five-tier sales pathway by directly connecting with manufacturers. This approach enables more efficient and cost-effective supply of takeout boxes, enhancing STEER Business's competitiveness in the supply chain market.

The surprise appearance of Xie Junyang, known as "the man behind Little Red Ride," added further excitement. He elaborated on STEER Business’s financing plans, emphasizing the project’s potential to benefit not only the Canadian market but also the broader North American economy. Xie highlighted the dual goals of improving societal well-being and ensuring returns for investors at every stage of the project’s growth.

The participation of STEER Business in the Xinflix Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce Business Roadshow vividly showcased the integration of domestic digital economy concepts into the Canadian market. This presentation revealed new opportunities beyond traditional industries, providing investors with a broader range of options.

Following the presentation, the audience eagerly inquired about investment details. By the end of the evening, STEER Business had secured over $10 million in pledged investments, surpassing their original $18 million fundraising goal. Han Di and his team were thrilled to announce the successful completion of their target on the spot.

Victoria Education Group aims to offer entrepreneurs a one-stop talent solution. With over 20 years of experience, the organization has built a robust network of government and corporate resources, creating favorable conditions for the project’s success and growth.

The final presentation featured the new sequel in the "Mulan Agents" IP series, "Mulan Agents: Infinite Future", marking the first appearance of a cultural and artistic IP project on the stage of the Xinflix Entrepreneurs Club Business Roadshow.

As one of the few action-suspense films with a young female lead, the "Mulan Agents" series aims to create an "Asian version of Charlie's Angels." The films seamlessly blend Hollywood-style sci-fi action with modern portrayals of optimistic, kind, and independent Asian women, offering audiences a refreshing and captivating audiovisual experience.
