The Fourth Session of the Xinflix Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce Business Roadshow
On March 9th, the fourth session of the Xinflix Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce Business Roadshow was successfully held at Xinflix Media.

The first project to kick off the roadshow was ARUND Private Car Advertising, presented by its founder, Jaco. ARUND capitalizes on the visual focus of drivers by placing advertisements on private vehicles, tapping into this untapped creative space. This innovative approach generates revenue for both private car owners and advertisers.
Jaco provided a detailed overview of the ARUND project, focusing on three key aspects: market opportunities, business model, and the current development status of the project.

During the following guest feedback session, the three panelists provided thorough analyses and constructive suggestions on the business model, project structure, and presentation style.
In particular, Gao Chao dropped a bombshell that electrified the room. Using the example of a 15-second ad slot on a giant screen in Times Square, he challenged the audience to guess its price. Some even speculated it would cost over $5,000. When Gao revealed the actual figure, the room was filled with astonishment. This vivid example effectively highlighted the dynamics and current realities of the outdoor advertising market, leaving a lasting impression on everyone present.

The second roadshow project was the "Greek Golden Visa", presented by Dionysius, a specialist in Greek national business and trade. Mr. Dionysius has an extensive background, having worked in the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Economy, as well as serving as a diplomat in multiple countries. He brings a wealth of experience in international economic relations, investment, and export promotion.
The Greek Golden Visa, a well-established European immigration program, has been in operation for nearly a decade. It is widely popular worldwide due to its low investment threshold, versatile benefits, and absence of residency requirements.
In this session, Dionysius provided a comprehensive presentation with detailed visuals, offering an in-depth explanation of Greece’s immigration policies. As an official spokesperson, he delivered authoritative and reliable information, giving the audience a thorough understanding of the program’s advantages and requirements.

The final presenter was Ella Zhu, CEO of Zhujia.com, who captivated the audience with her signature polished style and infectious energy.
Zhujia.com is a highly active business team in the Greater Toronto Area. Since 2019, when it first introduced the concept of sharing into the traditional real estate industry, it has pioneered a new model for Canada’s housing rental market. In just three years, the team has grown to over 700 members, with nearly 100,000 exclusive members.

Regarding Zhujia.com's business model, Ella vividly described it as the “Uber of the real estate industry”. The platform connects property owners and renters, with rental representatives acting as the platform's "drivers," working and prospering through the system.
This innovative approach has gained strong market recognition and has been the key to Zhujia.com's rapid growth and success.

During the feedback session, the panel unanimously praised Ella for her meticulously crafted presentation style and the impact of Zhujia.com's roadshow. However, they raised a key question: if the presentation was intended for fundraising, did it lack sufficient focus?
Ella's response was unexpected but insightful. She explained that Zhujia.com’s primary goal is to build a community, which is why they designed the presentation to convey their business philosophy rather than directly seeking funding. This perspective resonated with the judges, who agreed that the purpose of the Xinflix Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce Business Roadshow is to provide a platform where entrepreneurs can showcase their strengths. The roadshow is not confined to fundraising but allows participants to pursue diverse business objectives in their own way.
