The Xinflix Entrepreneur Chamber of Commerce was initiated by the Canada Xinflix Media Group and is committed to supporting the connection and communication of small and medium-sized enterprises around the world. The Xinflix Entrepreneur Chamber of Commerce is headquartered in Toronto, Canada, and has 16 branches and representative offices in North America, Latin America (El Salvador), and China.

The Chamber of Commerce mainly promotes exchanges and cooperation among its member companies, expands its international vision, and establishes a wide network of contacts through online and offline political and business roundtables, expert forums, project roadshows, international business inspections, and other forms of activities (local and cross-regional) .
